BACKGROUND
We are fetishists. We are music lovers. We are audio addicts. We’d like to give a form to a sound which is part of the modern electronic music’s history. The basic component of today’s music’s rhythm structure….the kick. In every period of the music history there were ambitions to creat the current era’s sound. In the encient chinese empire there was a sound: the empire’s sound. It means that every single instrument were tuned to exactly the same tessitura. We also have to mention the 20th century’s futurist movements when composers wanted to add different kind of industrial sounds/instruments to the classical symphonic orchestra such as sirens. And this is just two examples from lots of others. And here we are now. Today’s music’s landmark is the rhythm. Every genre from techno to pop based on rhythm. And this is how kickk comes into our histrory. Now.
